We operate a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it, with all receipts and in its original packaging. You will also need your invoice or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made items (personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
