General Terms and Conditions of the STELLARIS Online Store
The STELLARIS online store (www.stellaris.si) is owned and operated by Bilon d.o.o., Čevljarska ulica 21, 6000 Koper. By using the www.stellaris.si website, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully.

The buyer is bound by the general terms and conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (submission of an online order). When placing an order, the user is each time specifically reminded of the general terms and conditions of business and confirms his/her familiarity with them by submitting an order.
2. General
The general terms and conditions of business of the STELLARIS online store are drawn up in accordance with applicable Slovenian legislation. The online store is managed by the company Bilon d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "provider"). The General Terms and Conditions determine the terms of use, rights and obligations of users and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.
3. Offer and prices
All prices in the online store are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Delivery costs are not included in the price of the products. The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
4. Product features
Product photos are symbolic and do not guarantee product features (especially regarding color deviation). The provider is not liable for the accuracy and completeness of the information on the online store pages (text or image material).
5. Order process
Select the product and add it to the cart.
Review the order and proceed to checkout.
Fill in the required information and select the payment method.
Place your order. After submission, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
6. Payment methods
Payment is only possible by bank transfer (using a card or PayPal account).
7. After order
The provider reserves the right to refuse the order in the event that the item is no longer in stock or clearly incorrect prices, which may occur in the event of errors in automated transfers, of which we will inform you as soon as possible.
We will prepare the goods within the agreed deadline and send them to your address. You will also be informed about this, we will send you a notification to your email address. In the event that you have ordered goods that we cannot deliver within the promised deadline due to unforeseen reasons, we will inform you of the new delivery deadline to your email address.
The provider does not assume any liability for damage that would arise due to longer delivery times or due to non-delivery of items that Stellaris does not have in stock in its own warehouse, unless the company Bilon d.o.o. or a person for whom the company is responsible caused it intentionally or through negligence.
Stellaris prepares, ships or prepares the item for personal collection within the agreed time and notifies the buyer of this by e-mail.
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment the provider confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer. Prices are valid until changed and may be changed by the provider without prior notice. In the event that the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, the provider will notify the buyer. The provider will try its best to provide the buyer with a lower price or offer an appropriate solution that will be to the mutual satisfaction of both parties. Otherwise, Bilon d.o.o. has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and return the purchase price paid to the customer. The purchase contract (i.e. the first e-mail message about the order status) is stored in electronic form on the Stellaris server and is accessible to the buyer. Contracts on the website www.stellaris.si are concluded only in the Slovenian language.
Bilon d.o.o. is not responsible for any errors (grammatical, typographical, etc.). In the event of any errors, the customer will be notified.
8. Order cancellation or address change
The user can cancel a placed order or change the delivery address without additional costs until receiving an email about the shipment of the goods (preferably within 12 hours of placing the order).
If the buyer decides to cancel the order in a timely manner, he must immediately notify the seller by email at marina.stellaris@gmail.com. If the order has already been shipped, the buyer must refuse the shipment to the delivery service.
When canceling, the user must provide the following information:
order number,
the buyer's name and surname,
the buyer's address
9. Personal pickup
You can pick up an order where you have selected personal pickup 1 business day after placing the order and no later than 14 days. Pickup is possible during the working hours of the physical store. You can check the store's current opening hours on the menu tab "Where we are". You will receive your order with a confirmation e-mail about placing your order.
10. Delivery
Delivery costs are calculated upon completion of the order and depend on the delivery method and place of delivery. All packages will be sent via Pošta Slovenije, registered with a tracking number. Delivery time is 2-5 business days.
11. Damaged, destroyed or lost shipment
In the case of prepayment, the provider is not responsible for cases of physical damage, destruction or loss of the shipment from the moment the shipment with the ordered products is submitted to the delivery service, as well as if there is a lack of content in the shipment or if the shipment shows signs of opening (the packaging has visible damage). In all of these cases, the user must initiate the complaint procedure with Pošta Slovenije, namely by taking the shipment to the nearest post office in the same condition as it was received, without adding or removing anything, and filling out a complaint report. The provider must also be informed of this at the contact e-mail marina.stellaris@gmail.com.
12. Right to withdraw from the contract
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please inform us at marina.stellaris@gmail.com.
13. Complaints and guarantees
In the event of a complaint, please contact us by e-mail at marina.stellaris@gmail.com. Complaints will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
14. Protection of personal data
We collect data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling orders and improving the user experience. More information can be found in the privacy policy.
15. Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, we strive to resolve matters amicably. If this is not possible, the court in Koper is competent to resolve disputes.
16. Final provisions
These general terms and conditions are valid from 20.01.2025 and may change at any time. Users are asked to check them regularly.
